This quality seal demonstrates that the spa’s establishments are within the leaders of the thermalism industry, at a national and international level.

Q CERTIFICATE FOR TOURIST QUALITY Since the year 2002, Archena Spa Resort holds the Certificate of Quality (ICTE: Q) in Hotel Termas****, Hotel Levante**** and, since 2005, the Thermal Gallery. Archena Spa Resort considers that quality is a strategic criterion to differentiate certain establishments from the rest, reason why Hotel Termas****, Hotel Levante****, and the Spa have acquired the most prestigious Spanish quality certificates, such as the Q of the ICTE, recently adapted to the UNITES of AENOR regulation systems. EU ECOLABEL The ecological Ecolabel demonstrate having fulfilled a selective and transparent environmental criterion, based on scientific orientated documentation, which create both a trustworthy base for users to acquire a related product or service and also for the commitment towards their sustainability. For this reason, Archena Spa Resort has decided to implant the European Environmental Management System, the mentioned ECOLABEL, which establishes specific compulsory environmental criteria.
